Plan the roof replacement + solar scope
- Tell us whether you have existing panels to remove and reinstall, or want a new roof with a new solar system. For existing solar, share the panel count, ownership, provider, and monitoring concerns.
- Keep the roofing material and solar mounting plan in the same project discussion so flashing and penetrations are addressed together.
- Confirm the shutdown, removal, equipment-protection, return, inspection, and operating-check sequence in the proposal.
Our estimate starts with the actual property in San Diego County. Access, existing materials, equipment condition, drawings, and the work requested matter more than a general city-level price. If the scope changes after an assessment, review the revised work and cost before proceeding.
Share the address and project information
Include the street address, photos, the service you need, and any known roof or solar issue. Tell us about planned work by another contractor, HOA review, or an existing permit so those details can be considered together. We confirm availability and the proposed scope for the property.
Our service-area directory includes communities such as Carlsbad, Chula Vista, Coronado, Del Mar, El Cajon, Encinitas, Escondido. These are coverage references, not claims of a local branch office or a completed job at a particular address.
