These terms explain the use of this website and the optional Team All Star Construction text-message program. A project requires its own written agreement.

Website information and project agreements

Website material helps you prepare questions and describe a project. It is not a final estimate, an inspection result, an insurance coverage decision or approval of a financing application.

Availability, materials, the proposed scope, payment obligations and applicable warranties must be established for the actual property and project. An estimate request does not authorize construction. Do not rely on an example from another property as the price or result for your home.

SMS Terms

Program and message types

The Team All Star Construction SMS program sends messages about estimates you request, appointment scheduling and reminders, and updates about your project. Enrollment covers these communications only and does not include marketing or promotions.

Your choice to enroll

You enroll by separately choosing the optional SMS consent checkbox and submitting the form with your mobile number. The checkbox is unchecked by default. Providing a phone number, submitting a request, or accepting general website terms does not by itself enroll you. You may continue without SMS consent, and consent is not a condition of purchase.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies according to your estimate, appointments, and project activity. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile provider about your plan and applicable charges.

Stop messages or get help

Reply STOP to a program message at any time to opt out. One final confirmation may be sent; no further program messages will be sent unless you give consent again. Reply HELP for help, or call Team All Star Construction at (310) 729-3013.

Delivery

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
